Bought this for my husband. He installed it on his kayak to allow for 2 fishing poles and mounted his fish finder on the middle one. It works perfectly. Depending on where you mount it, if you have particularly large feet you might want an extension rod at the base so your feet don't hit it on your yak. Other than that it's just perfect. His kayak looks pimped out. lol
With the dozen's of scotty products to work with this it's a must have. I use it on my Gheenoe and my Kayak. I just can't say enough good things about it!
